Phoenix Rising: Returning to What My Body Already Knew

Welp, true to me... it has taken me 3 months to come back and write again and as always too much has happened to even know where to being. I didn’t plan to wait three months before writing again — but maybe my body did. I think it knew I needed space to live the lessons before I could write about them. Now, sitting in silence at the   Kalama Meditation Center at my first ever Meditation retreat , I can feel how much of that first week is still alive in me. This is my return to what my body already knew.  I still think going back and remembering what happened during that 8 week program will be helpful for me so that is what I plan to do! So here it goes!  Week 1 was about returning to the body. Phoenix Rising: Week 1 of My Embodied Healing Journey

Today I received the email from Nisha, the amazing coach who is going to take me though her 8-week coaching program. Called Rebirth: Phoenix rising. Like the title says, it's an 8-week sacred journey of emotional release, somatic healing, and embodied transformation. I have no idea what to expect or how this will go but I am super excited to try it and to learn.  Nisha is a new member in my coaching group. We met about a month or so ago I think. I really liked her energy and knew right away I wanted to work with her in some capacity. We scheduled a call and chatted for about 30 minutes, and we decided I was going to particípate her 8 week program to provide user experience type feedback. Total win win!
